A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Laura.
I’m a strength and nutrition coach who helps women build real strength, improve how they move, and feel confident in their bodies without restrictive dieting or burning themselves into the ground.
I’ve been where many of my clients start. Stuck in the cycle of under-eating, over-training, and feeling frustrated when nothing seemed to work. Once I shifted my focus to lifting heavy, fueling my body properly, and learning why things worked, everything changed. I got stronger, felt better, ate more, and finally saw results that lasted.
Now, I help women do the same. My coaching is built around proper strength training, sustainable nutrition, and mindset work that helps you stop obsessing over the scale and start enjoying the process.
